Cobra ParkMaster Kit R294 consisting of control unit and 4 rear sensors
The Cobra ParkMaster system impresses not only with its accuracy but also with its ease of use. The combination of reversing camera and ultrasonic parking aid is the ideal support when manoeuvring cars, vans or motorhomes.
The ParkMaster AMR294C monitors the area behind the vehicle that you cannot see. Four flat ultrasonic sensors, which integrate discreetly into the bumper, reliably detect even easily overlooked obstacles such as kerbstones, bollards or posts and warn you with an acoustic signal before a collision occurs. Thanks to the clip mounting, the mini ultrasonic sensors are very easy to install and very precise. The small sensors have a diameter of only 22 mm and the retaining ring of the sensor is very small at 0.75 mm in height. If you paint the sensors in the vehicle colour, they integrate discreetly into the bumper.
4 of the mini ultrasonic sensors are included in the scope of delivery. The sensors thus secure an area of approx. 160 cm.
You do not need to specially teach in or set up the system. It calibrates itself automatically. However, you can of course also manually adjust things such as volume or sensitivity.
The ParkMaster activates itself automatically when reverse gear is engaged and signals readiness with a beep. When you take the vehicle out of reverse gear again, the system deactivates automatically. Thanks to the low power consumption of the ParkMaster, it also works with newer vehicles that have pulse-controlled reversing lights. This saves you time during installation and any costs for an expensive retrofit.
If a towbar is fitted to your vehicle, you can simply mask it out by connecting an additional wire, so that it is not detected as an obstacle.
Please note the sensor diameter of 22 mm. The use of adapter rings is not possible.
